Analisis Perilaku Nasabah Dalam Berinvestasi Emas Di Era Pandemi Perspektif Ekonomi Islam

Abstract


In this pandemic era, many changes in consumer behavior in consuming an item or service are due to the declining economy of people in Indonesia. Therefore, some people allocate their wealth to save or invest in gold. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of customers in investing in gold in the pandemic era which was carried out at the Sharia Pawnshop Sidokare Sidoarjo Branch. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive method. Primary data sources from the research were obtained through interviews with employees and customers who made gold investments. While secondary data obtained through books, documents, web, journals and so on. The results showed that the gold investment behavior carried out by customers was in accordance with Islamic values but some were not in accordance with the consumption principles or the principles and norms of investing in Islam both from the point of view of the rules, principles, and norms in investing itself. Such as prioritizing wants over needs, saving or investing in gold without paying attention to the benefits and harms, and being indifferent and not helping neighbors who are having difficulty meeting their needs in this pandemic era.
