Abstract

In carrying out daily life, many problems arise as well as in selling ticket transactions using a consignment system. In practice, the consignment system is in the form of activities to store goods from the owner (producer) to other parties who act as sales agents by providing commissions. From the presentation, the formulation of the first problem arises, how the process of buying and selling transactions with the consignment system at the Mari Jaya store, the second is how to review Islamic law on the practice of selling ticket transactions with the consignment system at the Mari Jaya store. the purpose of this study is to find out how the process of selling ticket transactions using the consignment system, secondly to find out how islamic law reviews the sale deposit transactions with the consignment system. This research is included in qualitative research with the type of field research. By using a normative empiricial approach. While the data collection techniques in this study used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis techniques, which analyzed research according to events, phenomena, and data that occurred in the field in accordance with reality and in accordance with research objectives. The results of this study on selling ticket transactions with the consignment system at the Mari Jaya Store, namely, the Mari Jaya store receives goods deposits from suppliers. suppliers at the Mari jaya store are not just one but many. One of them is the supplier of petis petis rojoro, crackers, and ting-ting snacks. The execution of contracts and transactions also varies. The implementation of the contract and the transaction is also different. The Rojoro petition is included in the Wakalah Bil Ujrah contract.
