Scope

Trunojoyo Law Review specializes in law and local wisdom, specifically in Madura, and intends to publish research results and current issues on the subject. The journal particularly welcomes contributions from academics and researchers from disciplines related to the topic: Madura Legal TraditionsConstitutional Law, Environmental Law, Criminal Law, Civil and Business Law and Islamic Law.

Madura Legal traditions: Trunojoyo Law Review welcomes research papers and conceptual studies on legal traditions in Madura, especially those related to empirical legal research on legal culture, legal history, legal anthropology, legal traditions in dispute resolution, village development law, Traditional knowledge and communal intellectual property rights, legal research on Carok and related issues.

Constitutional Law: Trunojoyo Law Review welcomes research papers on classical constitutional law, election law, tax law, law and human rights, local government law, and classical legislative systems.

Environmental Law: Trunojoyo Law Review is open to manuscripts that examine environmental dispute resolution based on local wisdom and law enforcement regarding forest and marine damage. 

Criminal Law: Trunojoyo Law Review is open to research papers that examine the classical criminal law system, local wisdom-based criminal law settlement, restorative justice, criminal offences in the health sector and corruption.

Islamic Law: Trunojoyo Law Review is open to research papers on local wisdom-based Islamic law and legal studies in the Islam Nusantara tradition.

Civil and Business Law: Trunojoyo Law Review is open to research papers on civil and business law based on local wisdom.
